I love doing brunch bars…
Bagel bar with Smoked Salmon, Smoked fish, caviar, capers, red onions.
Bagels 2-3 varieties
Cream cheese (get wild and do flavors as well!)
Fresh fruit! Herbs like spearmint, basil and lavender!
Homemade crepes (video how to)
Include at least 1 savory filling and 1 Sweet filling so you can appeal to everyone.
